How does Dog Park work?

It's a focus app disguised as a pet game. Set your phone down and start a session — your dog heads to the park, earns silver, and discovers things while you're away. The longer your phone stays quiet, the more your pup thrives. Come back to see what happened.

Do I need an account?

No. The app plays immediately — it signs you in anonymously. Sign in with Apple is optional and only used to back up your progress so you can restore it on a new device.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: Settings → Delete My Account (at the bottom). Type GOODBYE to confirm. This permanently removes your account and its data from our servers and wipes the app's local data. Uninstalling the app also removes all on-device data.

I bought gold bones — I have a billing or refund question.

All purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details. For refunds, go to reportaproblem.apple.com or your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → Purchase History. If something went wrong in the app (e.g. gold didn't arrive), email us and we'll make it right.

I lost my dog / my progress after reinstalling.

Most game data lives on your device. If you signed in with Apple, sign in again on the new device to restore your backup. If you played anonymously, reinstalling starts fresh — sign in with Apple to keep a backup going forward. Email us if you're stuck and we'll help.

How do I report a bug?

Use the in-app Feedback button, or email us with what happened and your device model + iOS version (the Feedback form attaches these automatically). Screenshots help a lot.

Is my data private?

Yes — privacy is core to the app. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect (the minimum needed to make the app work) and what we don't.
